I'm a 39 year old trapped inside a 42 year old's body.
There's a bit of providence in being physically 42.
But I don't really care that much about the strength test . . . I did a heavy leg workout yesterday and a heavy upper body workout this morning before the assessment so most of the results are worse than they should be.
But the really nifty thing was that I'm under 20% body fat now.
There's an end in sight; 25 lbs or so and I'll be able to utter the sweet sweet words, "it's bulking time"and see my overhead press numbers move past 122 lbs.
See you in another 2 years. (or when I hit 209 lbs)
